how did you optimize the game? i'm making a HTML mod and it won't even load the map.
the game was mostly reduced in size, not much in terms of optimization, but here is some of the stuff i remember using:
minimize web build
squoosh (+ worse but faster web app)
ffmpeg, obviously
gltf report
